Ok last week I got back on the horse more seriously than ever - December is fast approaching which means my goal is right there in the midst of that month.. Goal December 16 - my birthday and what a better way to start the day off weight atleast 10-15 pounds less than I am today. GLORY!!!
I worked out 3 days last week - I got lazy on Thursday.... this week is looking better and I am ready for it.. GOAL 4-5 days 45 mins. -1 hour
